ZACH BUCKLER – KENTUCKY CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY & FAMILY LAW

Zach Buckler was born and raised in central Kentucky. Zach now resides and practices in Georgetown, Kentucky. He practices law in a wide variety of areas such as DUIs, assault, domestic violence, drug trafficking, and juvenile justice. Zach specializes in criminal defense, having represented clients in nearly all matters both state and federal. Zach also handles a wide variety of family law matters, including but not limited to divorces, custody disputes, property/asset disputes, and EPO/IPO/DVO petitions.
Zach is no stranger to the courtroom either. Zach has tried cases in both state and federal courts, with successful outcomes in both. Zach has also prepared, argued, and won on numerous suppression motions when his client’s constitutional rights were violated in both misdemeanor and felony cases. Those successes resulted in his clients’ cases being dismissed.
Zach prides himself on seeking the best, most cost-saving resolution for all his clients while representing each of them to the best of his ability. Zach also places a heavy emphasis on clear, effective communication with each client. Zach treats every case uniquely, recognizing that each case has its own set of facts and circumstances.
