PATERNITY
Paternity
For paternity in Kentucky, there is no legal presumption that a child’s mother has superior constitutional rights over the child’s father. Married couples are legally established as parents of their children and unmarried couples with children do not receive the same benefit from this law. There are several options available to establish protection and the rights you are entitled to but it does require additional legal steps. Contact Mr. Stotts to help you understand the options and to begin this process. Contact us at (502) 383-1550 or schedule a consultation
